After years of fiddling with a WordPress + Woocommerce shop, she knew it was time for something new and good. And that's how she ended up at SYSO. We were happy to move the shop to a solid Shopify store with all the trimmings.

Result
We built the Suus Kinderfeestjes Shop with Shopify , one of the better SaaS e-commerce solutions that grows with the company and is equipped with many automatic marketing options as standard. We opted for an extensive and flexible theme that could go in any direction. The shop now has beautiful, large atmospheric images with direct links to products, a review carousel, a 'ticker' for promotions and beautifully laid out pages where the branding and the moved products now stand out much better.
We asked Susanne from Suus Kinderfeestjes a few questions
When and why did you start your business?
I started Suus children's parties in 2010. I always organized a children's party at home for our children and often heard from parents and children that they enjoyed it so much. Through someone else I came across a perfect location for children's parties and so I started organizing children's parties for fun. One time we made pinball machines. Other times I would prance around as Oopsie the clown or a gang of pirates would come by for a fun afternoon. That concept was super fun but took a lot of time and so step by step I converted all these things into online products that I still sell today. Now supplemented with many other fun products for an unforgettable children's party at home.
What do you think is the best product (category) from the range?
I am very proud of the quests. These are the heart and also the beginning of the webshop. We regularly come up with a new one. That's actually the most fun thing to do.
What made you decide to hire SYSO?
My webshop was on its last legs and I didn't really have much time to rebuild a shop myself for the umpteenth time. Shopify seemed like the solution and Mariko turned out to be the expert. I had been following her and SYSO for a while so I was sure I had come to the right place.
What are you most happy with when it comes to the new webshop?
This shop is fresher and more user-friendly for my customers, but I see the greatest merit that Shopify is built on all fronts for more orders and a higher order value. I already notice that. Furthermore, the system is dummy-proof and that is also very nice.
May I ask you what the future plans are?
Suus can grow much more. The focus is now on setting up a line of children's party products for children from 9 to 12 years old. After that I want to focus on a shop for retailers. This way, people will soon be able to easily buy a children's party throughout the Netherlands and not have to wait for the postman. How nice is that.
Would you recommend SYSO?
Yes I certainly would! Mariko is a professional who keeps agreements and with whom you can respond quickly. She does what she promises and more. And if things go wrong, she is always there to help you. Even if the webshop has already been delivered. Where do you still find that?
