Who is Stationery & Gift?
Stationery & Gift was born from Amanda's passion for stationery and beautifully wrapping gifts. Inspired by her experience at a major card brand and her love for trendy and stylish designs, she decided to start her own business in 2019. Stationery & Gift offers a wide range of products, ranging from beautiful notebooks to artistic pens and trendy accessories, all designed with love and attention by Amanda herself. Stationery & Gift stands for quality and the belief that every moment should be special, whether it's a gift for a friend or something nice for yourself.
Result
Stationery & Gift now has two beautiful, professional Shopify webshops that perfectly reflect Amanda's vision and brand identity. With the new B2B and B2C webshops, Amanda can now present her products even better, which has significantly improved the customer experience. The large, (now) razor-sharp product photos and the eye-catching banners on the homepage make shopping a party. In addition, this new environment now offers Amanda many more options and functionalities to efficiently manage her assortment and to customize her webshop completely to her own wishes. She can now not only present her products better, but also respond more easily to the wishes of both private and business customers.
We asked Amanda from Stationery & Gift a few questions
When and why did you start your business?
I worked for a large card brand and visited stores daily. I saw all kinds of beautiful products and it started to itch for me to make something beautiful and put it down. I missed something hip or something, nice notepads with pink colors. I went behind the laptop and Stationery & Gift was born. My first product was a notepad and week planner and with the cutest print ever.. the Pink Leopard! This became my signature key and to this day still a bestseller with us.
What do you think is the nicest product (category) in the range?
I really can't say which product is the nicest, that's like asking which child is your favorite :) I think EVERYTHING is equally beautiful :) But I'm still madly in love with the Pink Leopard print .
What made you decide to hire SYSO?
I wanted a new webshop for a long time, a webshop with more possibilities. After some research I ended up at Shopify and I know from other entrepreneurs that SYSO is very good at that. Well and now in retrospect I also know that it is so. Both my webshops are now over and I am very proud of them. I did not want to make my own webshop myself but rather leave it to someone else. SYSO has so much experience in creating Shopify webshops that it seemed like the best option to me.
What are you most happy about when it comes to the new webshop?
The photos, seeing is buying and now the photos are nice and big and razor sharp. Nice big banner on the front… LOVE it! Shopify has so many more features that are just great.
Can I ask you what your future plans are?
I don't often look at my future plans because the daily activities absorb all my attention but when I do look at the horizon it is that STATIONERY & GIFT is the brand you want to have! This both in the Netherlands and abroad. That my brand will be in more stores.
Would you recommend SYSO?
