At the end of 2021, after more than a year of deliberation, we knew for sure: we are moving everything to Podia. A platform where our courses and programs could be hosted and our website and also a community. Get rid of 'everything loose' and especially get rid of Facebook groups.
Small Dutch market
We had been in contact with Podia years before . The system is great, but the Dutch market is so small, isn't it... so iDEAL payments did not go through the system, just to name a few. We were promised years, but at the beginning of 2022 it would really be time. So we took the plunge and kept Shopify as the payment system. Not convenient, but it worked.
Unfortunately it is now August and the things that we find so necessary are still not a reality. Since Podia has other priorities, it doesn't look like it might happen sometime in 2023. And so I became increasingly disappointed with the missing things: no good statistics, no iDEAL, no nice blog function, etc.

So back to Shopify, but refreshed. Everything is as it was in December, but with a new look, a clear focus and onward!
